Building permit secured for our exclusive beachfront villasIt marks a significant milestone for our Michamvi Beach project, allowing us to move forward with the construction of our exclusive development.

We are proud to unveil The House Residence Azure Zanzibar—a landmark all-villa resort and residential community on the Michamvi Peninsula, launched in partnership with Kerten Hospitality

We introduced Azure Paje, a modern apartment development just 150 meters from the beach. Designed with sustainability and flexibility in mind, this launch marked our commitment to creating accessible, design-forward living spaces for a new generation of investors and residents in Zanzibar.
