Hotel-Managed Operation
The hotel operation manages reservations, guest stays, maintenance and daily service across the resort.
Up to 14 Days of Personal Use
Owners may request personal stays for up to 14 days each year, subject to the booking conditions in the Rental Pool Agreement.

AZURE Michamvi was introduced as an all-villa resort on the Michamvi Peninsula. The project brings together 93 garden, beachfront and overwater villas, including 16 overwater residences, within a carefully planned coastal resort.

Building permit secured for our exclusive beachfront villas
Securing the building permit marked an important milestone for AZURE Michamvi and allowed the project to move into its construction phase. The project is planned as a collection of garden, beachfront and overwater villas within an integrated resort on the Michamvi Peninsula.
Q2 2027
Common Areas Planned for Completion
Completion of the resort’s common areas is currently planned for Q2 2027, subject to the approved construction programme and applicable project documentation. This phase includes the shared spaces planned for guests and owners across the resort.

Villa Completion Planned
Completion of the villas is currently planned for Q4 2027, subject to the approved construction programme and applicable project documentation. The project includes garden, beachfront and overwater villas, including 16 overwater residences. Hotel Operations Planned
Hotel operations are currently planned to begin in Q1 2028, subject to construction completion, operational readiness and applicable project documentation. The resort is being developed around a consistent hotel operation across the villas and shared spaces.
