AZURE Investor Briefing, 22 October 2026: the recording

On 22 October 2026 we held our first live investor briefing. Nikitas Simion, founder and CEO of AZURE, walked through why AZURE exists, the two projects we are building in Zanzibar, and how buying works. The architect, the construction team and the sales team each took a part, and the session ended with questions from the audience. The full recording is below, about 77 minutes.

AZURE Michamvi is a resort of privately owned villas on the Michamvi Peninsula, run as a hotel, where every villa takes part in the rental pool. AZURE Paje is 262 apartments 100 metres from Paje Beach, where you choose whether your apartment is rented out. You can compare both projects side by side.
